A Kenyan named Wesley Kirinya has developed the first reported African 3-dimensional action game. The game is called ‘The Adventures of Nyangi.’ The game revolves around Nyangi is a character who is on a quest to find rare African artifacts.

She has to do this whilst constantly avoiding blood thirsty tribesmen.

“I want to bring the entertainment from reading a book or watching a film on African stories into video games.”

The game supposedly took three years to accomplish.  With very little in prior technical experience and finance according to Western standards.

The game can be purchased only in Kenya for now.

Note: You can watch a video walk through of the Game at slybeaver.
