In case you don’t know, location-based services are deployed in most parts of the world by telecommunication companies such as AT & T and allows subscribers track the whereabouts of their friends, family members etc.
Location based services are still in relative infancy across the world. The entrance and innovation by Starcomm is interesting in the fact that they are entering a market which does not have a defined market. In short, Starcomm is planning on growing with the consumer.
