I'm sorry but the terrible grammar in this article makes it hard to take you seriously. I'm not usually a grammar nazi, but when people see that you don't know the difference between "their" and "they're", they will not take your message seriously.

I used to work for Tyler and although I'm not that fond of the content he puts out, the man is one of the most brilliant business minds I've ever met. He's totally disrupted Hollywood, and made huge strides for independent studios in general (beyond just the African American audience). And yes, he's now doing it all on his own terms, with full control and has yet to release a film that has recouped it's cost.

The fact of the matter is race matters, and sadly the race I belong to is the one everyone both insults and takes advantage of.

In the post u took offence too, I had stated that maybe we should start treating others how they treat black people worldwide

In America black people are extremely under represented in the technology sector. A recent post on techcrunch actually highlighted the disparities. Also the unemployment rate for normal white Americans is like 8% and for black Americans it is around 20%.

The second point is that the Aid model has done more harm than good. By aid model I am mostly referencing the quick non-developmental aid Africa receives. I writer called Dambiso Moyo cleared that up.

Also in general non indigeous African people own everything, mostly in Africa and manufactured by black Americans. A good example is Vodacom, Shell, Celtel, Bata.

In America the record industries behind black music are not run by black people, someone else owns it.

The same goes for B.E.T aka Black enterteinment television.

It is this annoying climate I was referencing in my post Mr. Josef, not your skin color or motives.

The fact is that black people are being left out of the international job market or markets in general through systematic racism.

Then our very own markets and products are on a global basis controlled and owned by people who are non-black, who sometimes purposely exclude us from the markets.

In short Josef I apologize if I hurt your feelings or brought up race on an article which sadly had you in it.

I think this is like the Jon Stewart vs Kramer fight. I just took a wild shot.

This comment was to clear up my positions on race, since the post in question has raised a storm
